We had the opportunity to work with Owner-Built Construction Management shortly after the company transitioned to new ownership. With a history spanning more than 30 years, the company has been helping homeowners and businesses with remodeling projects. Their unique model allows owners to be directly involved in the process, reducing general contractor costs and saving clients up to 25% on their remodels — while still delivering the quality and control people want when creating their dream space.

Owner-Built continues to serve clients across the Minneapolis area with a focus on kitchens, bathrooms, and custom remodeling. Their goals moving forward include expanding awareness of their cost-saving approach, building trust with new homeowners, and showcasing more of their completed work.

When Owner-Built approached us, their site wasn’t clearly communicating their unique value. Our goal was to rebuild the website so that prospective clients could immediately understand both the savings and the hands-on approach that set the company apart.

We made it simple for clients to reach out with prominent click-to-call buttons and contact forms. We also created a structure that guides people step-by-step through the Owner-Built process, making it easy to see how their involvement translates into real cost savings.

Portfolio + Testimonials

Remodeling decisions are often driven by trust and past results, so building out strong portfolio pages was a big priority. We designed sections to highlight completed projects and integrated client testimonials that showcase the excellent experiences past customers have had.

Automation + Follow-Up

Beyond the website, we also set up automation systems to strengthen Owner-Built’s lead management. Every new lead now receives a text message and email letting them know a team member will reach out shortly. The system also provides the Owner-Built team with a centralized dashboard of inbound leads and the ability to send drip campaigns to prospects who may be months away from starting their project.
