We had the opportunity to work with Hero Story Housing, a unique non-profit model in Texas that helps individuals facing foreclosure. With over eight teams across the state, their mission is to provide personalized support to families during one of the most difficult times of their lives.
Our role was to help them build a brand that resonated with both homeowners in crisis and the teams joining the co-op, while also creating a complete pathway — from discovery through ads to CRM automation — that ensured no lead slipped through the cracks.
Branding
The first step was developing a brand identity that felt trustworthy, approachable, and supportive. Since foreclosure is such a sensitive topic, the brand needed to strike the right balance of professionalism and compassion.
The resulting brand not only encouraged homeowners to reach out for help but also made Hero Story Housing an attractive model for additional teams to join across Texas.

Website Design + Funnel Experience
We then built a website designed with conversion in mind. Every detail focused on making it simple for someone to share their information and get in contact with a representative quickly.
The funnel experience highlighted resources, explained the process clearly, and built trust from the very first interaction — ensuring families felt supported and knew what to expect.

Google Ads + Conversion Tracking
Because people often search for help the moment foreclosure becomes real, Google Ads were the perfect fit. We targeted highly specific intent-based searches like “stop foreclosure” or “mortgage assistance” to ensure we connected with the right people at the right time.
By combining highly targeted ads with a conversion-focused site, we achieved strong conversion rates and lowered ad costs — resulting in a consistent flow of high-quality leads.

Automation + CRM Management
To manage the high lead volume, we built custom CRM automations that automatically distribute leads to the correct team member based on location. This system allows multiple teams to work seamlessly on one platform while only focusing on the leads relevant to their assigned counties.
This not only streamlined operations but also ensured quick follow-up, helping homeowners get the support they need and improving close rates for team members.
